Industry Engagement

CAS-BCM training practices are developed and maintained as relevant to the needs of industry and informed by industry engagement.

To provide training relevant to employers and to maximise participants’ opportunities for employment, advancement or further education, CAS-BCM engages with relevant industry stakeholders to establish appropriate contexts, methods, resources and trainers and assessors to deliver training and to conduct assessments.

Engaging with industry stakeholders is critical to ensuring CAS-BCM’s training and assessment is aligned to current methods, technology, products and performance expectations for the workplace tasks specified in the training package or VET accredited course.

Learner Engagement

CAS-BCM manually collects completed learner questionnaires at the completion of each course program and collates survey data analysis electronically to assess valuable data on CAS-BCM’s performance and used to improve training and assessment services by way of Continues Improvement procedures and activities.

The two key areas of Learner Engagement Data is analysed & collated are:

  • Course Evaluation
  • Units of Study

Employer Satisfaction

CAS-BCM’s Employer Satisfaction Survey for Continues Improvement forms part of and supports CAS-BCM’s Industry Engagement Policy & Procedure where by CAS-BCM’s training and assessment practices are developed and maintained as relevant to the needs of industry and informed by industry engagement.

Engaging with industry stakeholders is critical to ensuring CAS-BCM’s training and assessment is aligned to current methods, technology, products and performance expectations for the workplace tasks specified in the training package or VET accredited course. CAS-BCM’s Industry Engagement Report is used to robustly document engagement activities and actions taken.
